Jupiter Consulting Ltd. provides business transformation consulting services to small businesses. Details of service offerings will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals specific to each client engagement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely, accurate information and feedback necessary for the delivery of services. Delays caused by incomplete or missing information may impact project timelines and outcomes.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Jupiter Consulting Ltd. remains our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of any original content or data they provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are committed to providing high-quality services. However, Jupiter Consulting Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
